If you spend over $150 dollars in one transaction we will ship your items free of charge.
Most items will be delivered by Australia Post from our shop at Newtown, Sydney NSW.
We need clear instructions from you for delivery, that is you need to provide us with an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive deliveries, for example your work address, as you will be most likely asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box., depending on the item.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction on products purchased from the The latin store is important. So if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply email us, or return it within 14 days and we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase cost. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of exchanged goods.
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you simply change your mind.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
To return any items, you must download and complete our Returns Form (or see below) and include it with your returns in the original packaging.
Goods damaged in transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment.

Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled up to 8am the following day. So to cancel you must contact us immediately, either by email or phone 02 98377691 0r 9557-0070.
Once you receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched, you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
